SUBSTANCE: network segment access control method is comprised of the following steps: receiving, by means of a network element with an access and mobility control function, first information indicating a network segment authentication failure; and transmitting to the terminal device using the network element with the access and mobility control function the second information after the network element with the access and mobility control function learns of the network segment authentication denial in accordance with the first information, the second information is used to request the terminal device to perform deregistration.
EFFECT: prevention of network congestion caused by frequent access of a terminal device to a network segment to which authentication is denied, and to reduce communication signalling between the terminal device and the network.
