SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the production of nut semi-finished products and pastes. The method for obtaining a semi-finished product from cedar nut press cake involves making a mixture of pine nut cake and water in a ratio of 1:2, processing it in a mechano-acoustic homogenizer at 2900 rpm until the product temperature reaches 65±2°C, treatment for 20±1 min at the same temperature, packaging, cooling in a refrigerator up to 4±2°C or in the freezer to minus 20±2°C and storage.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a product in the form of a sedimentation-resistant mixture with good taste properties and a long shelf life.
