SUBSTANCE: terminal consists of a receiving unit configured to receive maximum transmit power (P_MAX) configuration information in a cell in a frequency band 2 (FR2) selected from a frequency band 1 (FR1) and a frequency band 2 (FR2); and a control unit configured so that when the P_MAX of the cell in FR2 is not supported, it performs an operation of ignoring the P_MAX of the cell in FR2 or an operation of considering the cell in FR2 as a blocked cell.
EFFECT: ensuring the correct operation of the terminal when P_MAX is not included in FR2 in the old technical specification and P_MAX is introduced in FR2 in the updated technical specification in accordance with the update of the technical specification, and when P_MAX in FR2 is indicated to the terminal that supports the function of the old technical specification and which does not support the function of the updated technical specification.
