FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to traumatology and orthopaedics, and can be used for treating massive tears of tendons of the shoulder rotator cuff. 1/2 of the width of the tendon of the fibularis longus is taken from a separate access in the lower third of the leg, followed by suturing the linear incision. A through hole is then formed at the base of the tendon of the latissimus dorsi, through which one end of the resected tendon of the fibularis longus is passed, followed by overlapped and suturing the ends. The sutured ends of the tendon of the fibularis longus are sewn to the base of the tendon of the latissimus dorsi, then the tendon of the latissimus dorsi is wrapped around the sewn tendon of the fibularis longus and sutured through. A spica suture is applied from the base of the tendon of the latissimus dorsi to the upper third of the transplant of the tendon of the fibularis longus. The free end of the transplant is passed through the formed channel under the posterior portion of the deltoid muscle onto the humeral head and secured on the humeral head.
EFFECT: method increases the effectiveness of treatment of massive tears of tendons of the shoulder rotator cuff and reduces the risk of intraoperative trauma to the neurovascular bundle due to the combination of techniques of the claimed invention.
