SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for screening the evaluation of the proliferative activity of mesenchymal stromal adipose tissue cells during growth. To implement this method, a comprehensive study of a sample of a conditioned medium obtained after culturing cells in a complete growth medium for 72 hours in a CO2 incubator, and a control medium, which is a complete growth medium before cell cultivation, is carried out. First, photometrically determine the concentration of glucose and lactate in the conditioned and control environments. Then the ratio of the absolute value of the difference in the concentration of glucose in the conditioned and control media to the absolute value of the difference in the concentration of lactate in the conditioned and control media is determined. Moreover, with a value greater than 0.87, proliferative activity is considered high.

EFFECT: invention allows for an early screening assessment of the intensity of proliferation of cell cultures in real time without destroying and fixing them.
