FIELD: medicine; pulmonology.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to diagnose exacerbation of sarcoidosis in patients. A patient with sarcoidosis performs blood sampling from a vein under fasting condition. Determine the biochemical parameters of serum markers of ACE and ADA. Then the correlation coefficient (CC) is calculated using the following formula: CC=ACE/ADA in relative units. At CC 0.35–1.1, exacerbation of sarcoidosis is diagnosed during GCS treatment, at CC 2.5–4.3, exacerbation of sarcoidosis is diagnosed in patients not receiving GCS therapy.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase the accuracy of exacerbation diagnostics, to objectively assess the degree of its severity in patients with sarcoidosis, including those receiving corticosteroids, and to correct pathogenetic treatment in a timely manner.
