SUBSTANCE: plate elements include: a plate element of the rotor, including at least one plate segment of the rotor having at least one inlet for raw materials located at the first end of the plate segment of the rotor; and a refining area of the rotor plate segment located between the raw material inlet and the second end of the rotor plate segment. The lamellar elements of the refiner may further include: a lamellar stator element, including at least one lamellar stator segment having a refining region of the lamellar stator segment; and first and second mounting rails configured to connect the stator lamellar segment to the stator support frame of the conical mechanical refiner. The separation between the first mounting rail and the second mounting rail, which is not covered by one stator lamellar segment, is configured to form a raw material outlet.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to provide a more uniform processing of the fibre and guarantee better overall pulp production.
