SUBSTANCE: data exchange system includes at least four dynamic routing units connected by fibre optic communication lines, in which the fibre optic communication lines form at least two independent ring links, each of which includes at least two dynamic routing units, each dynamic routing unit of one ring connection is also connected by fibre-optic communication lines to two dynamic routing units included in the other ring connection.
EFFECT: increase of fault tolerance of the data exchange system.
