SUBSTANCE: automatic supply of fungicides to an array of cultivated plants. The unit for manageable control of crop diseases consists of a mobile power tool, a sprayer, including a container for fungicides, a device for their supply and a rod with controlled sprayers, a color video camera mounted on the unit, a command unit for the consumption of fungicides. A color video camera is mounted on a shaft installed in bearings, the center of gravity of which is displaced relative to its axis of rotation, while the displacement value is determined based on the inequality: M⋅H>m⋅h where: M is the weight of the shaft, H is the distance from the axis of symmetry of the shaft to the axis of its rotation, m is the weight of the camera, h is the distance from the center of gravity of the video camera to the axis of rotation of the shaft.

EFFECT: improving the quality of the picture produced by the color video camera by reducing the frequency and amplitude of its oscillations caused by the oscillation of the unit vehicle from field irregularities, and thereby reducing the untargeted consumption of the fungicide by eliminating the issuance of false commands for its supply.
