FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the treatment of acute thrombotic conditions of the main arteries, and can be used in the treatment of COVID-19 associated with arterial thrombosis in an inpatient setting. Thromboaspiration is carried out simultaneously with balloon angioplasty. At the same time, catheter thrombolysis is carried out with an initial bolus injection of 10 ml of Alteplase and subsequent continuous infusion at a rate of 2 ml/hour against the background of constant intravenous administration of Heparin solution under the control of an increase in activated partial thromboplastin time by 1.5–2 times from normal values.
EFFECT: method allows to increase the efficiency of arterial blood flow restoration and prevent disability and mortality in the acute phase of COVID-19 disease.
