SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the sets of synthetic oligonucleotides and can be used to determine the level of expression of Scotch pine (Pinus sylvestris L.) genes by real-time PCR.

EFFECT: increasing the reliability of assessing the level of expression of Scots pine genes (DHN1, DHN7, SGS3, CPK, CYP450, ERD3, CCOAOMT1, LEA and ACT) through the use of fluorescently labeled probes complementary to the inner part of the amplified DNA which leads to an increase in the total length of synthetic nucleotides and reduction of the risk of non-specific amplification.
