FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to molecular diagnostic tools and can be used in clinical immunology and medicine to assess the patient’s immune status using real-time PCR. A diagnostic test system for quantitative assessment of the mRNA levels of the human MxA, OAS1, and EIF2AK2 genes in a biological sample is described. The test system includes a set of oligonucleotide primers and fluorescent probes: forward primer for the MxA GAGACAATCGTGAAACAGCAAATCA gene, reverse primer for the MxA TATCGAAACATCTGTGAAAGCAAGC gene, fluorescent probe for the MxA Fam-CACTGGAAGAGCCGGCTGTGGATATG-BHQ2 gene, forward primer for the OAS1 gene CCAAGGTGGTAAAGGGTGGCT, reverse primer for the OAS1 CTGGACCTCAAACTTCACGGAAA gene, fluorescent probe for the OAS1 gene Rox-AGGCCGATCTGACGCTGACCTGGTTGT-BHQ3, forward primer for the EIF2AK2 GAAAGCGAACAAGGAGTAAGGGA gene, reverse primer for the EIF2AK2 CCATCCCGTAGGTCTGTGAAA gene, fluorescent probe for the EIF2AK2 Cy 5-AGCCCCAAAGCGTAGAGGTCCACTTCC-BHQ1 gene.

EFFECT: providing the ability to quickly and accurately quantify the levels of mRNA of the human MxA, OAS1, EIF2AK2 genes.
