SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to determine the residual life of parts of the executive equipment. The method for determining the residual resource of machine parts includes plotting the time dependence of the parameter characterizing the resource of the part to its limit value, carrying out the same measurements in relation to the second and subsequent parameters characterizing the resource of the part, statistical processing of the obtained data with combining them into one array, further processing by regression analysis. In this case, the residual life of the part Tresidual in % is determined by the formula Tresidual = (Tdiag /Tlimit)× 100%, where Tdiag is the life of the part, corresponding to the values of the parameters characterizing the life of the part, on the plotted dependence of the parameters characterizing the life of the part, in time, Tlimit is the limiting life of the part, corresponding to the limiting value of the parameters characterizing the life of the part.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability and accuracy of determining the residual resource of machine parts.
