SUBSTANCE: there is evaluated complete resource from beginning of operation to transition into critical condition, calculated resource, when reliability and safe operation are guaranteed by manufacturer or expert body, and residual resource from moment of diagnosis to transition into critical stage at reduced safety margin by prevailing factors of wear. The evaluation is made on base of ratio of critical loads, deformations, number of loading cycles, allowed loads and mechanical stresses to operational loads, deformations, number of cycles of loading and mechanical stresses influencing an object of higher hazard during operation with consideration of present defects, quantitative index of completeness and scope of technical diagnostics, probability parametre of reliability of safety factor evaluation, degree of responsibility characterising probable degree of risk in case of failure or destruction, corrosion index and corrosion resistance of materials and operational rate of safety factor decrease for an object of higher hazard.
EFFECT: facilitation of reliability and safety for objects of higher hazard at designing, manufacture and operation.
