FIELD: analytical technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related in particular to sensors for analysis of gaseous media and can be used to measure the oxygen concentration in gas mixtures over a wide range. The sensor contains three disks, the outermost of which are made of an oxygen-conducting solid electrolyte, have electrodes on opposite surfaces, an electrodeless ceramic disk is contained between the disks, all disks are connected to each other to form two cavities so that the connection is gas-proof, one of the cavities is airtight with a capillary as a diffusion barrier, having a ratio of the channel length to its diameter equal to 80, and the other has a capillary in form of a through channel of circular cross section, made in the body of the corresponding extreme disk and electrodes located on it, having a ratio of the channel length to its diameter equal to 0.5.

EFFECT: sensor has the ability to measure the concentration of oxygen in the gas mixture from 0.1 ppm to 100%.
