FIELD: microwave electronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for manufacturing complex-shaped microwave components having a developed metal working surface. The method includes the process of creating a plastic mandrel by means of 3D printing, the stages of cleaning, etching, sensitization and activation of the mandrel surface as well as the process of chemical primary metallization of the mandrel surface, followed by metal build-up by electrochemical (galvanic) deposition. Moreover, the mandrel is created by means of projection microstercolithography from a photopolymer, and before the stages of sensitization and activation, the surface of the mandrel is degreased in several passes with distilled water rinsing between them at a temperature of 50±10°C in an ultrasonic bath with a solution of the following composition: Na3PO4 - 30 g/l, Na2CO3 - 30 g/l, KOH - 50 g/l, liquid glass - 5 g/l, H2O - up to 1 l. Then micro-etching of the mandrel surface is carried out for 10-15 minutes at a temperature not exceeding 25-30°, followed by washing with distilled water at room temperature, with bichromate of the following composition: CrO3 - 220 g/l, H2SO4 - 590 g/l (density 1.98 g/cm3). After that, additional surface treatment of the mandrel is carried out for 5-10 minutes at a temperature of 40-50°C in an oxidizing solution of the following composition: NH4OH - 215 ml/l, H2O2 - 215 ml/l. Next, the hydrophilic properties of the mandrel surface are restored at a temperature of 40-50°C for no more than 10 min in isopropyl alcohol.
EFFECT: manufacture of microwave components of complex shape, having a developed metal working surface, with high accuracy and quality.
