FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related in particular to tillage cutters with a vertical axis of rotation. The cutter rotor contains a flange, a device for fastening the working bodies to the flange, consisting of two hinges -: one cylindrical fixed and one movable. The flange has a hole for fastening a fixed cylindrical hinge and a groove for fastening a movable hinge. The groove is made with the possibility of rotation of the working body relative to the fixed hinge during operation at an angle of 30-34°.
EFFECT: reduction in energy consumption for tillage, as well as an improvement in the quality of tillage.
