SUBSTANCE: invention refers to agricultural machinery industry. Mill contains shaft, supporting disk and blades. Mill blades are attached to supporting disk by free bolts in holes of supporting disk. Mill is equipped with movable disks interconnected by control rods. Each control rod has shaped plate in hole of which there is movable guidance tail. Tail is rigidly connected to washer mounted on bearing rigidly shaft fixed. Washer has holes for mounted studs rigidly fixed on non-working ends of mill blades.
EFFECT: variation of cutting angle of soil cultivating mill running in semiautomatic and automatic modes.
