FIELD: distributing drinking water.
SUBSTANCE: device (1) for distributing mineralized water contains an inlet (3) for loading water from an external source (100); a distillation unit (2) connected to an inlet (3) and configured to provide distillation of water at least partially by means of heating, wherein said distillation unit (2) comprises or is operatively connected to at least a heater (4) configured to provide heat in an amount sufficient to heat the water at least to the boiling point; a water dispenser (5) configured to transfer a predetermined amount of distilled water extracted from the distillation unit (2) into a removable container (10), wherein the water dispenser (5) is equipped with an outlet nozzle or opening (6); a mineralizing unit (7) located between the distillation unit (2) and the outlet nozzle or opening (6), wherein said mineralizing unit (7) is configured to access the internal cavity of the disposable capsule (20) containing the mineralized fluid solution or powder, for extracting it from the capsule (20), and/or is configured to empty the capsule (20) from the mineralized fluid solution or powder and transfer at least a part of the mineralized fluid solution or powder from the capsule (20) to the water dispenser (5). The device is configured to mix the mineralized fluid solution or powder with a predetermined amount of distilled water, transferred by the water dispenser (5) to a removable container (10). The distillation unit (2) is a vacuum distillation unit, and the distillation of water takes place at a pressure below atmospheric pressure. The device comprises a vacuum pump having an inlet connected to the distillation unit suitable for creating a vacuum in the distillation unit (2). The vacuum pump is configured to extract at least a portion of the air contained in the vertex top of the distillation unit. The distillation unit allows water to be distilled at a lower temperature by lowering the pressure below atmospheric pressure.
