FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing a compound represented by the chemical formula 1, which exhibits an inhibitory effect on ITK (interleukin-2 tyrosine kinase) and BTK (Bruton's tyrosine kinase). The proposed method includes stages 1)–3). In step 1), a compound represented by the chemical formula 1-3 is obtained by reaction of the compound represented by the chemical formula 1-1 with a compound represented by the chemical formula 1-2 in the presence of a palladium catalyst and a base. In step 2), a compound represented by the chemical formula 1-4 is obtained by reaction of the compound represented by the chemical formula 1-3 in the presence of an acid. In step 3), a compound represented by the chemical formula 1 is obtained by reaction of the compound represented by the chemical formula 1-4 with the compound represented by the chemical formula 1-5 in the presence of a base.

EFFECT: proposed method allows to obtain a compound represented by the chemical formula 1, with a high yield and a reduced content of impurities.
