FIELD: medicine; surgical dentistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used when treating patients with dental implants and navigation surgical template. After the functional diagnostics of the dentoalveolar system, virtual modeling of the orthopedic structure is carried out, taking into account the individual trajectories of the temporomandibular joint. Then, dental implants are virtually installed taking into account the virtually simulated orthopedic structure, after which a virtual simulation of a collapsible navigation surgical template is performed, which includes: a base of a collapsible navigation surgical template with fixing pins and lodgements, a template for positioning the base of a collapsible navigation surgical template supported by teeth with mates for cradles, a template for the formation of lodges and the installation of dental implants with mates for cradles. Next, virtually on the navigational surgical template, the boundaries of the base of the collapsible navigational surgical template are determined, taking into account the position of the virtually installed dental implants; after that, a template is modeled for positioning the base of the collapsible navigation surgical template based on the teeth, a template for forming lodges and installing dental implants, taking into account the boundaries of the base of the collapsible navigation surgical template. Further, lodgements for mates are virtually added to the base of the collapsible navigation surgical template, which are virtually combined with a template for positioning the base of the collapsible navigation surgical template based on teeth, with a template for forming beds and installing dental implants, with an orthopedic structure.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to create an accurate collapsible navigational surgical template, install dental implants without incisions and sutures in precisely planned positions, reduce the time of treatment of patients, fix the prosthesis on the day of surgery and restore a complete dentition using dental implants and a fixed orthopedic structure, taking into account the trajectories of temporomandibular joint in one day.
