FIELD: medicine; surgical dentistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in the treatment of patients with complete absence of teeth using dental implants, a collapsible navigational surgical template. After the functional diagnostics of the dentoalveolar system, virtual modeling of the orthopedic structure is carried out, taking into account the individual trajectories of the temporomandibular joint. Then, a virtual installation of dental implants is carried out taking into account the virtually simulated orthopedic structure, then a collapsible navigational surgical template is virtually designed, including the following: a template with support on the patient's gum to form holes for the installation of pins and formation of beds for the installation of dental implants, the base of collapsible navigational surgical template with lodgements, a template for positioning the base of a collapsible navigational surgical template with cradles using fixing screws with mates for lodgements and print them on a 3D printer. Structural changes to the orthopedic structure, including mating parts for lodgements and holes for titanium bases are virtually made and manufactured on a milling cutter. For medical reasons, the patient is given infiltration or general anesthesia, after which a template is applied and fixed with support on the patient's gum to form holes for the installation of pins and formation of beds for the installation of dental implants, then bone tissue is drilled through the gum to prepare the beds, after which dental implants are installed. This template is removed and the base of the collapsible navigational surgical template with lodgements is positioned using a template for positioning the base with lodgements by fixing with screws and matching the mating parts. This template is removed and transmucosal abutments are fixed to the installed dental implants, to which titanium bases are fixed with screws. The orthopedic structure is positioned to the base of the collapsible navigational surgical template with lodgements using counter parts for the lodgements, after which the orthopedic structure is fixed to the titanium bases using a fluid light-curing material, the screws of the titanium bases are unscrewed and the orthopedic structure is removed from the patient's oral cavity; removal of mating parts for cradles, final grinding and polishing of the orthopedic structure, after which the base with lodgements is removed from the oral cavity and the orthopedic structure is fixed to the transmucosal abutments with screws.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to restore chewing function with minimal trauma in one day and obtain a high aesthetic result while maintaining nature-like aesthetics.
