SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in production of wheelchairs intended for movement on stepped surfaces. Device for lifting a wheelchair with a manual drive on stairs comprises two frames located in parallel relative to each other, two shunting wheels movably mounted on axles fixed on the frame, two self-orienting wheels movably fixed on frame posts, wheelchair lifting mechanism, which includes shaft installed in rear part of each frame, two ratchet wheels, two lifting levers, two handles.
EFFECT: disclosed is a device for lifting a wheelchair with a manual drive on stairs.
