FIELD: packaging machines.
SUBSTANCE: vertical packaging machine for packing products under modified atmosphere conditions contains a loading funnel, a hollow forming element, a supply device, a seam connection device, a seam connection and cutting device, and a device for injecting a gaseous fluid into a supply pipe. The pumping device causes a Venturi effect to be created in the supply pipe. The machine contains a source of gas suitable for packaging products under modified atmosphere conditions, and a supply unit. When the pumping device injects the gaseous fluid into the supply pipe, the gas is sucked from the supply unit into the supply pipe.
EFFECT: product dispersion is prevented.
