Apply a seam forming the canopy of the cartilage, sewing a fixed edge of the caudal part of the lateral crus of the alar cartilage to its medial crus. Seam is tied. Rotate the mobile edge of the caudal part of the alar cartilage in the lateral region and locate it in the tunnel of the cutaneous edge of the alar.
