FIELD: visible and infrared ranges of radiation.
SUBSTANCE: devices for recording visible and infrared ranges of radiation counting individual photons. Essence of the invention lies in the fact that central section 5 of the nanowire made of superconducting material 4 is the longest, remaining sections 6 on both sides of central section 5 have a length decreasing with distance from central section 5, while first rotation zones 7 at the ends of central section 5 have width A exceeding width B of central section 5, and turning radius R of central section 5 exceeds half the distance P between adjacent sections, while second turning zones 8 at the ends of remaining sections 6 are located at an angle α to central section 5, and second turning zones 8 at the ends of remaining sections 6 have width A exceeding width B of remaining sections 6, and turning radius R of each of remaining sections 6 exceed half of distance P between remaining sections 6.
EFFECT: reduction of dark readings at the turns of the sensor element.
