FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the power supply of industrial enterprises, and can be used in power step-down transformer substations, consisting of two transformers. The technical result is a reduction in power losses in the industrial power supply system, as well as an increase in its reliability by reducing the number of switching at the outputs and inputs of each of the transformers. The technical result is achieved due to the fact that the possible modes of operation of the industrial power supply system are preliminarily determined, and for the selected substation, in relation to each mode, setting values are formed. Through the control input of the controller, information about the set values for each of the modes is loaded, and when the method is implemented, signals characterizing the current mode of the industrial power supply system are sent to the control input of the controller.
EFFECT: reduction in power losses in the industrial power supply system, as well as increase in its reliability by reducing the number of switching at the outputs and inputs of each of the transformers.
