FIELD: hand tools.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hand-operated impact tools, in particular to tools with separation of the impact dynamic part – the striker and the static part comprising the working body. It can be used as a hammer, sledgehammer, axe, cleaver, ice pick, etc. The manual impact tool comprises a striker with an axial hole, in which a guide rod is placed, connected to the working body. The connection of the guide rod with the working body is movable, with the possibility of axial linear movement relative to the working body.
EFFECT: increasing productivity and facilitating labour by eliminating the mass of the guide rod from the interaction between the dynamic and static parts of the tool and increasing efficiency.
