FIELD: powder metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: devices for pulsed electric pressing of powder materials. It can be used in the production of products from powder materials, in particular fuel pellets for nuclear reactors, chemical and other industries. The device contains a pulsed energy source, a loading device, a metal cage with a ceramic matrix made of an insulating material, an upper floating die with an upper support located under the rod, a lower fixed die with a lower support mounted on the lower base, a plate with two bushings, on which the clip is fixed with a matrix. The upper and lower supports are made in the form of cups, in the bottom of which, respectively, the upper and lower dies are inserted with a chamfer on the side surface of the shank to fix them with a locking screw located in the side of the supports. To fix the supports on the side parts of the cups, the stem and the bottom support, through coaxial holes are made for inserting a fixing rod through them. In the side parts of the bushings, bolts are installed for fastening the matrix with a metal clip on the guides, which are additionally made with a rectangular groove. A U-shaped bracket with semicircular cutouts is put on the upper support and the plate with bushings, ensuring its fastening to the upper support and the plate with the matrix.
