FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: hinged stalk chopper installation for hanging on a machine for harvesting stalked cereal structure contains scraping devices arranged one after another with a distribution along the working width, each of which has a scraping slot limited on the sides by scraping plates, under which at least the first and second scraping rotors are located, rotated in opposite directions. Each of the fragmentary rotors is provided with retracting edges protruding in the radial direction, made on the retracting element, the outer circumferences of which are in mutual gearing, and the adjacent retracting edges of the first fragmentary rotor limit between themselves intermediate spaces located inside the outer circle, which extend along the longitudinal direction of the first fragmentary rotor, and in which during the rotation of the first and second fragmentary rotors, the retracting edges of the opposite second fragmentary rotor are immersed. The retracting edges on the retracting elements on the first and second fragmentary rotors are located relative to each other so that during the circular movement of the first and second fragmentary rotors, two adjacent retracting edges of the first fragmentary rotor in the area of its action on the downward trajectory of the plant stem periodically hold the stem plants pressed against the leading and lagging in relation to two adjacent retracting edges of the first fragmentary rotor, the retracting edges of the second fragmentary rotor and due to four points of contact of the plant stem to the retracting edges of the first and second fragmentary rotors, the plant stem is pulled into an arcuate shape close to the outer circumference of the first fragmentary rotor, and on the second fragmentary rotor, between the leading and lagging fragmentary edges of the second fragmentary rotor, there is a knife blade, which cuts into the outer side of the plant stem stretched into an arcuate shape.
EFFECT: improvement of cuts performed by a scraping device due to the fact that cuts are carried out more reliably and require less effort.
