FIELD: instrumentation.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related in particular to determination of the characteristics of destructive materials when heated. Method for determining values of the tested parameters of destructive materials during heating in a given temperature-time mode is proposed. The measurements are carried out on samples heated using stepped heating, which consists of heating the sample with step-by-step temperature change and with different holding times at a temperature determined for each material individually, based on the minimum and maximum conditions, compared with the characteristic temperature ranges and flow times of destruction process in the material for different temperature-time modes, with the measurement of the sample parameters before and after heating under normal conditions, after which a two-dimensional approximation of the experimental data is constructed, a plurality of continuous temperature curves of the change in the parameter under study over the exposure time is obtained, in accordance with which the value of the parameter under study for the selected temperature-time mode is determined.

EFFECT: increase of the accuracy of values of the studied parameters of destructive materials, the possibility of their determination under a given heating mode.
