To do this, when performing viscodissection using a sterile disposable aseptically syringe filled with viscoelastic “Provisk” with a cannula, which is buttressed with a blunt-ended part with an outer chamfer against the transparent part of the posterior capsule at the border with the adhered and fibrous-altered lens masses with simultaneous feeding viscoelastic into the capsule bag, and with the help of scraping movements, they are removed.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce the risk of intra- and postoperative complications caused by traumatization of the posterior capsule of the lens by using a sterile disposable cannula with a blunt-ended part with an external chamfer.
