SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as a source of terahertz radiation or a clock signal source. In a compact radio-photon generator of a harmonic signal of the gigahertz and terahertz range, the laser diode frequencies are stabilized and the diode phase noise level is reduced by simultaneous self-pulling of the radiation from both laser diodes to different frequency modes of the high-Q resonator.

EFFECT: compact implementation, frequency stability, low power consumption and resistance to environmental influences.
