SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pharmacological substance of membrane-tropic homeostatic tissue-specific bioregulators MHTB in the form of their solutions in a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and/or diluent, which has the ability to maintain and restore the function of organ tissues after the development of various pathological processes in them. The pharmacological substance of membranotropic homeostatic tissue-specific bioregulators MHTB in the form of their solutions in a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and/or diluent has the ability to maintain and restore the function of organ tissues after the development of various pathological processes in them, the substance is isolated from various tissues and biological fluids of animals selected from the group, including blood serum, tissue of the liver, lung, intestines, heart, pancreas, thyroid, prostate and mammary glands, bile, containing as an active basis protein-peptide complexes, which consist of proteins of the serum albumin multifamily, having a molecular weight in the range of 65,000–68,000 Da and biologically active peptides with molecular weights of 1,000–10,000 Da, being proteolysis products of a number of proteins, as well as calcium ions, lipids, inositol, carbohydrates, such as mannose, galactose, glucose, N-acetylglucosamine, glucosamine, N-acetylgalactosamine residues, which form an inositol-containing glycosidic structure that provides its connection with the plasma membrane of the cell.
EFFECT: abovementioned invention expands the arsenal of means for creating pharmacological preparations of natural origin based on previously insufficiently studied biologically active (protein-peptide) complexes contained in various tissues and biological fluids of animals.
