FIELD: packaging equipment.
SUBSTANCE: devices for packaging various objects (products, objects, goods) by wrapping them in a packaging (wrapping) material, mainly in a stretchable polymer film, also called a stretch film. The method for using the holder for the reel with packaging material consists in placing the reel with packaging material on the holding element of the supporting frame, which is pre-installed on the guide with the possibility of angular movement. The packaging material is pulled through at least one hook, the carrier frame is rotated around the guide at a given angle to achieve a given degree of tension of the packaging material when it is wound up.
EFFECT: improving the quality of packaging by increasing functionality.
