SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for the rehabilitation of patients with spinal osteochondrosis. The patient's auditory analyzer is affected using a metronome with a volume of 10–15 dB, a frequency of 60–65 beats/min, as well as its tactile analyzer. The impact on the tactile analyzer is performed by rhythmically stroking the palms of the hands along the spine on both sides of the spine from top to bottom for 3–5 minutes. Then both hands of the patient are stroked from the hands to the shoulder joints for 3–5 minutes and further the patient's legs are stroked from the ankle joint to the upper third of the thigh for 2–3 minutes.
EFFECT: method provides reduction of painful sensations in the patient at the beginning of massage.
