FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to monitoring the health of a patient suffering from a respiratory disease. The following is proposed: a system for implementing the method comprising a portable medical device having a flow measurement device configured to perform spirometric measurement, and an oxygen measurement sensor configured to measure blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) and heart rate, characterized by the following: the device the flow measurement and the blood oxygen measurement sensor are stably connected to the body of the said device, wherein the body of the said device can be held in one hand, allowing simultaneous measurement of spirometry and oxygen measurement, and wherein the said oxygen measurement sensor is a reflective photometric touch sensor comprising a single an integrated integrated circuit with two adjacent emitters and a photodetector, wherein the said photometric sensor operates on the basis of two signals generated in the direction of a place used for measuring oxygen, such as a finger located above the said photometric sensor, and on the basis of the reflection of the said signals by the said captured by the photodetector, the said system comprising a comparison means and a control means, the latter containing a physician's personalized action plan for the patient, the said comparison means being configured to simultaneously compare oxygen measurements and/or spirometry measurements with corresponding values in the personalized action plan stored in a storage means, wherein the said comparison means and the storage means are separate from and in wireless communication with the said medical device, a display separate from the medical device, provided and configured to show the results of the said comparison between oxygen measurements and/or spirometry measurements and corresponding values in the patient's personalized action plan, the said outcomes determining the patient's state of health and identifying a possible exacerbation of the disease.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides monitoring of the patient's health status.
