SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for dispensing fluid food material into a mould cavity and to a system for dispensing fluid food material into a mould cavity, wherein the method includes: the stage of advancing a plurality of moulds (M1, M2) on a conveyor line (2) in the direction (X) of advancement, wherein each form contains at least one forming cavity; the step of providing a dispensing machine (4) along a conveyor line (2) provided with a nozzle group (6) comprising at least one line of nozzles located in a direction (K) perpendicular to the advance direction (X); the step of transferring said plurality of moulds (M1, M2) one after another by means of a conveyor line (2) to a group of nozzles (6) and issuing an amount of said material through one or more nozzles into at least one said mould cavity reaching said group of nozzles wherein the dispensing step is performed while the mould continues to advance under the nozzle group in the advance direction (X), at least one said mould cavity having a depth varying in the advance direction (X); the dispensing step includes changing the amount of material dispensed into at least one said mould cavity depending on the position of the mould in the advancing direction (X) such that the dispensed amount depends on a change in the depth of at least one said mould cavity so that a smaller amount is given out where the cavity is shallower, and more is given out where the cavity is deeper.

EFFECT: technical result of the group of inventions is the required distribution of chocolate in an individual mould cavity.
