SUBSTANCE: invention relates to confectionary production, in particular, to a confectionary material treatment installation. The installation contains a cooling station for cooling the confectionary production machine mould applied for output of edible material represented by chocolate. The cooling station is zonal and is designed for cooling the mould section other than the other section. The machine has a bin attached to the output unit. The output unit contains multiple interacting pistons and nozzles. The bin is designed so that to enable edible material supply to multiple interacting pistons and nozzles. The output unit is designed for edible material output from multiple interacting pistons and nozzles. The confectionary production machine is improved by way of the bin provision with, at least, two separate compartments. Each compartment separately ensures food material supply to the multiple pistons section.
EFFECT: invention usage will allow to increase the range of confectionary products obtained.
