FIELD: heteroaromatic compounds.
SUBSTANCE: following is proposed: a compound represented by formula (I), where R1 represents OH; R2 and R3, which may be the same or different, represent either a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; X is C(=O); ring B is an unsubstituted benzene ring; ring A is a benzene ring which may have one methyl substituent; forming a structure; ring C represents where Rc1 and Rc4, which may be the same or different, represent a hydrogen atom, a chlorine atom or a methyl group, and each Rc2 and Rc3 represents a hydrogen atom; and L is -CH2-CH2-CH2-CH2-CH2-*, -CH2-CH2-CH2-CH2-O-*, -CH2-CH2-CH2-O-CH2-* or -CH2-CH2-O-CH2-CH2-*, and where * denotes the point of attachment to ring C. Also specific compounds, a medicament and a pharmaceutical composition, methods of activating NRF2 and preventing or treating diseases associated with oxidative stress; and the use of the compound are disclosed.
EFFECT: obtaining compounds that have an activating effect on NRF2.
