FIELD: water quality control.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to methods and means for studying fluid flows, in particular to devices for monitoring quality and controlling the process of preparing produced water to be injected into a reservoir, and can be used in systems for maintaining reservoir pressure in oil fields. The installation for monitoring the quality and control of produced water flows for the reservoir pressure maintenance system includes the main pipeline for supplying a controlled flow of produced water, a block for analysing controlled parameters and integrated control of the elements of the installation, a unit for automatically determining the quality of produced water, including a block of optoelectronic sensors with radiation sources with different wavelengths for analysis of the optical density of the controlled flow. The unit for automatic determination of the quality of produced water also includes a block with a polyacrylonitrile membrane, which controls the presence of oil products in the controlled flow; block for measuring the specific electrical resistance of the controlled flow; block for measuring the pH of the controlled flow of produced water, and these units are connected by electrical channels to the unit for analysis of the controlled parameters and integrated control of the unit elements, which, in turn, is connected to the device for redirecting the controlled flow to the additional filtration unit, the device for shutting off the flow in the main pipeline, and the device for redirecting the controlled flow to the beginning of the process of preparing bottom water.
EFFECT: ability to monitor the quality of preparation and the direction of the flow of produced water to the reservoir pressure maintenance system in automatic mode.
