FIELD: alcohol industry.
SUBSTANCE: method for producing bioethanol from lignocellulosic raw materials provides for delignification of raw materials at atmospheric pressure, combining the stages of enzymatic hydrolysis and alcoholic fermentation, and isolation of bioethanol from mash. At the same time, miscanthus is used as a raw material, the delignification of raw materials with a moisture content of 36% is carried out at atmospheric pressure with dilute acetic acid with a concentration of 10% at 94-96°C with the addition of a 30% hydrogen peroxide solution, distilled water and concentrated sulfuric acid. Enzymatic hydrolysis is carried out at pH 5.0 at a temperature of 45°C for 5 hours with the Cellulade Ultra enzyme. Fermentation is carried out using a consortium of seed yeast Pichia stipites Y7124, Candida shehatae NCL3501, Kluyveromyces marxianus Y-4290 and Zymomonas mobilis 113, taken in a ratio of 1:1:1:1.
EFFECT: invention provides the yield of bioethanol from 1 ton of raw materials equal to 25.5 dal.
