PLOUGHSHARE REVERSIBLE BIT Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC A01B15/02 

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: ploughshare reversible bit consists of a base (1), two blades (2 and 3) and two fixing holes (4). Along the lower side of one of the blades (3), a recess (5) is made with a width (a) equal to the width of the base (1) of the bit, a length (l) of 40 mm and a depth (h) of 2… 3 mm under the layer of deposited material (6). On the outer side of the base (1), at the mounting holes (4) at a distance of 2 mm, three parallel overlays (7, 8) with a thickness not exceeding 3 mm are applied. Two overlays (7) are made in the form of strips of the same size, length (l₁) 30 mm, width (a₁) 12 mm, and one overlay (8) from the side of the recess (5) with a length equal to the width (a) of the bit and width (a₂) 6 mm.

EFFECT: increased wear resistance of the blade due to the application of a layer of hard alloy on both blades of the bit and its base.
