SUBSTANCE: macroporous cryogel based on carboxymethylchitosan is presented obtained by cross-linking a polymer from solutions with a concentration of 1–3 wt.% by means of glycol diglycidyl ethers at a temperature of -10°C for 7–12 days at pH 10–11.
EFFECT: invention can be used in cell and tissue engineering for 3D cell cultivation, including in biomedicine for testing the effectiveness of new pharmaceuticals, including antitumor medicinal products.
