The tool includes an actuator assembly, a stem, a first nut, and a second nut. The actuator assembly includes a cylinder, plunger, and a passage extending through the cylinder and plunger. The cylinder includes an internal chamber supporting the plunger, a first end, a second end, and an interaction surface located near the first end. The plunger is movable relative to the cylinder and is located adjacent to the second end of the cylinder. The stem continues through the actuator channel assembly. The first nut is optionally connected to one of the first end of the rod and the second end of the rod and forms a first dimension exceeding the width of the bit holder channel. The second nut is optionally connected to the other of the first end of the stem and the second end of the stem and forms a second dimension that is less than the channel width.
