FIELD: woodworking industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the manufacture of a formwork panel for pouring concrete. Wood veneer layers are stacked on top of each other, providing layers of adhesive resin between the wood veneer layers and, if necessary, covering the top surface of the top wood veneer layer. The foot is pressed using elevated pressure and temperature. Moreover, before coating the upper surface, a hydrophobic agent (4) is applied to the upper surface of the upper wood veneer and an impregnating resin (2) is applied to the lower surface of the upper wood veneer. Moreover, the upper wood veneer of the panel is impregnated with a hydrophobic agent and an impregnating resin. The formwork panel for pouring concrete contains a multilayer panel (1) formed by a plurality of wood veneer elements, and a coating. In this case, the coating (6) is connected to the top veneer (3) of the panel and forms a surface for the panel to be poured. Moreover, the top veneer of the multilayer panel is impregnated with a hydrophobic agent and impregnated with resin, and the coating is bonded to the top veneer using thermally activated phenolic resin (5), with which the substrate is impregnated.
EFFECT: resistance of the formwork panel to buckling is improved.
