FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the manufacture of reinforcing products for concrete structures. For the manufacture of reinforcing products, a fibre rope is formed, pulled through a bath with a binder in the form of a sulphur melt with a temperature of 130-150°C, an excess amount of the melt is squeezed out in a forming die and cooled. In the manufacture of straight products, the rope is cooled to shop temperature and twisted into coils. In the manufacture of broken-shaped products, the rope after the forming die is rapidly cooled in a refrigerating chamber with water at a temperature of 5 to 12°C to a plastic state, and broken-shaped products are moulded.
EFFECT: simplification of the technology for manufacturing composite reinforcing products of various shapes with a simultaneous increase in its strength characteristics.
