FIELD: performing operations.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production lines for composite reinforcement. Technical result is achieved by the line for production of composite reinforcement, which contains the following components installed in the technological sequence: bobbin holder for storage of bobbins containing rovings, a profiler for twisting rovings to each other around an axis, an impregnation bath for impregnating roving bundles with a mixture of a polymer binder and a hardener, finishing-remover for reinforcement profile formation and removal of excess mixture of polymer binder and hardener from bundles, cutting machine containing support with mounted carriages and cutting devices, wherein one of the carriages comprises a spinneret, wherein the cutting machine is intended for the reinforcement bars formation by means of cutting by means of cutting devices the reinforcement profile of the specified length, conveyors for movement of reinforcement bars into plasticization chamber, plasticization chamber for polymerisation of mixture of polymer binder and movement of reinforcement bars by means of conveyor with heating into receiving tray, wherein carriages are made with possibility of movement along support, and above the support there are conveyors mounted on conveyor guides, wherein said conveyors can displace along said guiding conveyors while finishing-remover is arranged in top part of impregnation bath.

EFFECT: reduced probability of inclusions in the form of air bubbles during production of composite reinforcement.
