FIELD: medicine; experimental oncology.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to study the properties of mitochondria of human lung tumor cells to form tumor foci in the lungs of mice. To form tumor foci of lung cancer in the body of Balb/c Nude mice, male Balb/c Nude mice are transplanted once into the tail vein with mitochondria isolated from human lung tumor cells at the rate of 3 mg of protein per animal in 0.4 ml of physiological solution. After 4 months, morphologically confirmed tumor growth in the lungs of mice is recorded.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to induce the growth and development of malignant lesions in the lungs of male mice of the Balb/c Nude line, which in turn makes it possible to study the pathogenesis of malignant growth under the influence of transplantation of mitochondria isolated from a malignant human lung tumor, and the mechanism of mitochondrial effects causing the development of malignant tumors foci of human lung cancer.
