SUBSTANCE: present invention provides a hidden guide damper comprising a body and a damper, the damper comprising a tension adjusting piece, a sliding block, a telescopic cylinder and a limiting piece. The sliding block is slidably mounted in the body, and the tension adjusting piece is respectively connected to the body and the sliding block; the sliding block has a first position and a second position in the body, and the tension adjusting piece is capable of pulling the sliding block to move from the first position to the second position; the limiting piece is connected to the sliding block, and the telescopic cylinder is mounted on the body; or the telescopic cylinder is mounted on the slide block and the stop piece is mounted on the body; the restrictive part has a compression surface, one end of the telescopic cylinder abuts against the compression surface directly or indirectly, and the telescopic cylinder and the restrictive part have a first relative position and a second relative position; in the process, when the tension adjusting piece pulls the sliding block to move from the first position to the second position, the telescopic cylinder moves from the first relative position to the second relative position; and in the process of moving the telescopic cylinder from the first relative position to the second relative position, the telescopic cylinder is gradually compressed.

EFFECT: small size of the telescopic cylinder, which reduces the production cost of the damper.
